Everything worth knowing for a relaxed stay in the valley.

Times

Pets are not allowed.
We host groups of up to 7 people in total, even across several cabins. Each cabin hosts at most the number of guests stated, and children aged 1 and over count as guests.
For safety reasons, some cabins for two do not host children (Ganesh, Venus, Pakal, Dakini and Palomita).
Pools and gardens are reserved for staying guests: outside visitors are not allowed.
There is no daily housekeeping or daily change of sheets and towels. Stays of more than 4 nights can arrange it on arrival.
WiFi is available by the pools and relies on the valley’s mobile antenna; some cabins have their own WiFi, ask us which ones.
Due to the hillside terrain, the grounds are not suitable for elderly guests or people with reduced mobility.

The booking is paid in full online through a secure payment link and is confirmed once paid.
If the payment is not completed in time, the booking is released automatically.
Rates vary by season. High season: December 15 to April 15, long weekends and public holidays.
Some dates require a minimum number of nights; the website shows it when you choose your dates.

Cancelling at least two weeks in advance refunds 80% of the amount paid.
After that, there is no refund, but you can move your dates in the same cabin subject to availability; if the new dates fall in another season, the price is adjusted.
Leaving early is not refunded and cannot be rescheduled. This includes all kinds of events, even natural disasters.
Cancellations and changes are arranged directly with the team on WhatsApp.
